As I said before, you should notice improvement within 3-5 days. When you notice improvement, just finish off those 1 ounce bottles with about a week's break half-way through. Short term use of golden seal would be about 2 weeks straight use of it. Then you would want to take a week's break from it. If you don't get the results within that period of time, you shouldn't be taking golden seal any longer anyhow. Make sense?
