I agree with raw milk lasting a long time. The farm where I get mine comes with a 'milked on date' and also the name of the cow. I've heard of up to three weeks and I have drank two week old without loss of freshness. I can't see why anyone would buy raw milk then pasteurize it themselves creating dead milk and destroying the live enzymes.
