Re: Supplements for Children - GINAGIRL, help!
yay! Ok, i had felt so lost with that. i felt guilty for giving them one good thing and not another to offset something bad...but that sounds contradictory anyway.. if it's good, it's good, point blank.
i admit tho, my kids have a lot of activities in which they do not eat ideal types of food. and i let them. i am finding ways to make things better and easier but it is very hard to maek sure they eat right at all times. i feel like school is becoming a daily candy fest. every single event and holiday requires a bag of candy..im hating that. we give them A piece and then we put up teh bags...we emptied the bags recently and had enuf to supply a small convenient store. it's ridiculous.
when they were taking
Lugol's daily, they seemed sweeter but stronger (i do have two boys...lol). we had very deep convos for them being so young and if u remember, i commented that they came to me asking for it. they call it medicine because that's what i told them...it was too hard to explain. i said it's a mineral..kinda like a vitamin..and they said "oh, like medicine..." and we just left it at that. i did notice that my daughter had more frequent headaches and since she is older, im wondering if she is just more toxic..or is it that she is a girl and needs more...? i dont know but she has had headaches for years..so it may be coincidental that she had a cluster of them at the same time as the iodine.
