i doubt your kids will notice a thing with those little doses. you and the teachers might, though. calmer, more attentive, higher scores on tests, less behavior problems(if applicable).

thats all noah is getting right now. that and a ton of food(he eats like a horse). he is only 17 months and with his diet i am not too concerned for now.
