Didn't do Cutler, muddled through on my own.

I've done rounds of ALA and found that I had to divide my 50 mg pills in half cause the whole 50 would knock me out. NAC worked well for me too but also very strong.

I'm taking a long break from chelation now to give my body a chance to catch up. Will be back on again soon.
