I'm afraid that with cilantro and chlorella there really aren't any hard and fast rules for how much to take.
Before I would have 3 or 4 dashes of cilantro spice (actually coriander spice here in Japan) every 4 hours, including at night. I would do it for anywhere from 3 days to a week, depending on my work schedule. I took 6-10 small chlorella tablets a few times a day before meals and before I went to bed. I would continue to take chlorella a few times after I take a break from using cilantro to help prevent redistribution.
Now my dosing is similar, but I take the cilantro every hour during the day and once in the middle of the night. I still use chlorella similarly to before. It feels like this method is very effective if your body can handle it and your schedule permits. I've experienced quite a bit of improvement while using it.
Sometimes I take ALA instead of cilantro/chlorella. I take 75 MG on an hourly schedule in the daytime and once overnight. It also seems to be very effective to do it this way.
