Yes, totally agree about Japanese chlorella now. It's sad, really.
I'm always conflicted about algaes and sea vegetables, since the clean-up they do in our bodies is the same clean-up they do in the ocean...
Not very stringent about my cilantro amounts but would use 5-15 drops (depending on how I felt at the time) of Herb Farm tincture with a spoonful of chlorella in water. Take the chlorella 20 minutes before the cilantro so it's in your system waiting.
I cook and eat a lot of Indian and Mexican food, so cilantro is a part of my regular diet, but I sometimes do a cilantro pesto for a concentrated hit.
Early on I had rubbed the tincture into my ankles. Big mistake, gave me terrible RLS. Hmm, need to add the RLS to my list of merc symptoms that are now gone.
