Thanks for the responses and advice. As to my clear head, I connect that to OP, my mood was from the chasteberry (i think). Guess I just ramble from on topic to the next, so much on my mind. I did want to say that I OP'd with sesame oil this morning and didnt feel like it cleared as much mucous as the coconut, but by the time I was done my mouth was pretty filled up, moreso than coconut. I will keep on trying, its the only thing I can do... Tweet
