Candida symptoms have eased some over last couple yrs and more so over last several months. It would be hard to pinpoint any one remedy but op has played a role.

I started probiotics/sauerkraut around the same time as op, and soon after, I had very vivid nightmares for a month or so. I've had nightmares before but nothing like that.

Seems like more than a simple coincidence to me.
