My regime with the chastberry is to take three daily. One in the morning/afternoon/night away from food.

I also had wanted to say, I don't even know if we can trust the test resuts we get from doctors. I too, had ultrasounds done to see if I had gallstones, a clogged liver, or heart issues.. since I was certainly feeling severe pain. Of course, my blood work and ultrasounds all came back 'normal'.

What confused me a lot was with the gallstone flushes/liver detoxes I did in the summer, I removed/excreted over fifty stones and some were as large as a loonie!

Ultrasounds/doctors tests just don't pick up on the candida sometimes. I really wish they did, and that we had more support from our doctors.
