So how are greens going to help with fungal candida when the flora has been completly wiped out by candida?
It seems to me if someones colon has been taken over by candida(completely constipated) the fiber is just going to be utilized by the candida...gas, bloating etc... Thats why i do much better when i juice greens and slightly cook the juice. I get much less gas/bloating by doing that. But for those who do have more friendly bacteria than candida i can see where the fiber will be beneficial.
