Eating too much whole greens seemed to just sit in my stomach for hours upon hours. They only worked if i juiced them , slightly boiled the juice and drank it on a empty stomach.
I agree with cargo.. High alkalinity produces a suitable environment for fungal candida. Its beneficial acids that keep fungal candida in check. What about most green veggies that candida does not like? If anything green leafy veggies are usually the first item in your fridge to get moldy. The lack of beneficial acids(preserving acids) proabably explains that.
