What about most green veggies that candida does not like? If anything green leafy veggies are usually the first item in your fridge to get moldy.
In my fridge, just the opposite is true. In fact I have NEVER seen mold on things like arugula, romaine lettuce, iceburg lettuce, parsley, kale, dandelion greens, etc. If left long enough they start to wilt or rot (especially prewashed bags of lettuce) but never any mold.
Mold will much sooner grow on things with more sugar or carbs or calories: bread, cake, ketchup, cheese, carrots, leftover meats. You name it.
