I respectfully disagree & here's why...Re: Evidence - Re: I agree, enough is ENOUGH! Re: bring it

I respectfully disagree because it doesn't seem the point of my posting was grasped or addressed in it's entirety.  And it seems you've minimized slanderous lies and somehow transformed them into 'simple unpleasantries', while suggesting that I (and many others posters this has happened to) should spend hours/days of their time 'debating'  & responding.  Anyone that has ever disagreed with this poster off his own forum knows any time a response is made in effort to clear one's name of the accusation or lie that's been told about them, he ramps up the attacks, lies and abuse, adding more public slander to what's alread 'in print'.

What I have pasted below from my post above (that you seem to have overlooked/missed? ) are not merely "unpleasant" - these are abusive defamatory lies & offensive/libelous misrepresentations of my character, intent & knowledge....and you will find nothing in my posting history that even comes close to these actions.  It doesn't matter if it's been done to him a thousand times, it hasn't been done to him by ME. 

This poster has threatened CZ/Webmaster and individual posters with legal action due to slander, personal abuse, etc.  Yet what he does to others IS the same (many times worse) than what he complains that others do to him in his 'legal notice':

not smart enough t realize that there is more than one duct involved! (while it may not seem like it to you or a layman, for someone that has dedicated her life to helping others 'be their own doctor' and learn the methodology of Drs. Schulze, Gerson & Christopher, et al,  to heal themselves, a 'lie in print' that I can't 'understand'; that I don't know the anatomy of organs and can't identify the difference between a relevant & irrelavant study is a 'defamatory lie in print'.  Of course there are others that are worse).

 Luckily there are other people who know how to do research and realize that there are more than one duct

she would have known that if she understood what she was reading in the first place and realized that there are more ducts than just the common bile duct.

you and "U" have been making things up as you go along

you clearly cannot present even one piece of credible evidence to counter the evidence I already presented. 

"U" did a great job of providing the proof that the argument you and she are using is bogus!

"U" are a couple of other big offenders as far as starting attacks and posting posts that are not on topic but rather nothing more than attacks.

we can also conclude that she believes chemotherapy and radiation therapy are effective for cancer.  And that vaccines and fluoride are perfectly safe.  After all so many people claim these are true, so according to "U" they therefore must be true!!!

I should have known that it would not be long before you came out from under your bridge.  You take every opportunity you can to attack me....  But have to say that  recommending blood thinning cayenne for a possible aneurysm was really potentially deadly advice!!!...So you are denying that you jump on the bandwagon to attack me every chance you get.  Should we pull up some of your posting history showing how you have done this over and over?

And here's where the metal meets the road.  Many ,many times in the past I have asked from him to post links and copies of my words that prove his accusations (it's all in the posting histories).  To my knowledge, he has NEVER provided actual proof that I have ever directly attacked him personally.   I welcome the chance to correct my errors and possible posting violations...but to my recollection, he has never provided evidence of the same.  Yet he continues posting slanderous, character degrading lies about me/others when I summon up the courage to post something that disagrees with him.

Bottom line - this poster has indeed (outside of his own forum) threatened, attacked and lied about so many people that even the WM has stated that he's had more complaints about him and he's been banned from more forums than any other poster in the history of CZ. 

Now he has threatened CZ and individual posters with legal action.  This threat alone has likely intimidated all but the most 'brave & devoted' CZers - and it definitely does negatively impact the free flow of information on CureZone. 

There's nothing wrong with me (or anyone else) posting proof of his own words and actions to help ensure CZ to regain the ability to once again embrace (without fear of intimidation) the free-speech and open communication of the  various healing methodologies that have worked for tens of thousands of people over the centuries - whether he approves or has 'proof of their scientific validity' or not.
