I agree with you wholeheartedly, though at this point I am not sure that being restricted to his private forum should even be an option.  If it were, then a special mod should be assigned to limit attacks, misbehavior and posts like the one he just made threatening lawsuits.  I would remind that this recent episode is far from the first time he has abused his privileges in his own forum, having used it to call out the WM several times before as well as use it to attack other CZ members (though those posts no longer appear due to the WM having to step in and delete them). In a forum he was given by the grace of the WM and allowed to make money from - just unbelieveable!

The WM has bent over backwards for this guy and the result appears to be only that it is the WM and CureZone which has been bent over.  I too applaud freedom of speech, but let's get real here.  Allowing someone to repeatedly flaunt the rules, repeatedly call out the owner and webmaster and now make a post threatening a lawsuit for the very things he has repeatedly been guilty of?  That should surely be the final straw and I will be completely baffled if it isn't.

My two cents is that it is a supreme example of unmitigated gall for this guy to complain about attacks against him or dragging people's names through the mud.  Has anyone ever generated so many complaints?  Has anyone ever been banned from as many forums or had as many posts deleted?  Not to my knowledge in the years that I have been here.

He is, in my very strong opiniion, a malignancy on the soul of CureZone and regardless of how many he may have helped his damage has far outweighed the good.
