I agree, enough is ENOUGH! Re: bring it

It's the same vicious circle over & over again.  Someone disagrees with him, and he attacks them (generally with some type of degrading comment or lie about their level of knowledge, charcter or intent).  If that person has the courage to reply and defend themselves (Lord help them!) they've handed him a stage and megaphone!  And he will continue repeating the lies or creating new ones (cached 'forever' on the net) while claiming he is a victim of the frustration he created, until the person gives up.  First one lie/attack, then the person attempts to set the record straight...then 5 lies...then the person tries to correct those lies,  then 10 more.   The evidence of that basic scenario is all over CureZone.

No one should have to take their time and/or worry about defending themselves against malicious lies and 'cached slander' simply for disagreeing with another poster.   For example, my posting history in the LF Debate forum clearly shows I've never attacked him personally, yet there are currently several lies in print about me or what I believe...and they are defaming & slanderous lies.

And now he's threatening you, and other posters with LEGAL ACTION!?  For breaking the TOS when he's the biggest offender?  I recall you once said something like: in the history of CZ, he's been banned from more forums, and you've had more complaints about him .than any other.

There are no other forum owners (and very few posters) that trample all over other people's rights while sharing their knowledge, beliefs or opinions.

I agree 100% with Wombat - I respect your support of free speech, but with rights come responsibility...the responsibility to stay within the boundaries of the TOS.   Forum owners that cannot do that outside their own forum should either be banned from CureZone or curtailed to their own forums.

What is going to be done about this?  Since our own rights of free speech are prevented (by knowing if we speak words of disagreement, we'll be slandered), I believe we have a right to know.
