Re: Kombucha and coconut milk kefir

So the products I listed (the synergy drink and the So Delicious coconut kefir):

-Are these ok then? They have a couple grams of sugar, but IDK if the sugars are "fermented out."

-Why do some people report that the kombuchas and kefir make their candida worse?

-How much kombucha and kefir should someone have each day?

-Do u have any recipes for making non-dairy kefir? (I have a vitamix, so I'm able to make my own nut milks).

-Speaking of nut milks....this is off topic, but something I've been wondering and cannot find the answer: Does straining the nut pulp take away the fat content? What would the nutrition facts be for a homemade and strained almond or brazil nut milk?

-Lastly, I want to make coconut pancakes. Is this recipe ok for NOT "feeding" or worsening candida:
4 eggs
1c milk (like coconut milk or homemade nut milk)
2 tsp vanilla
1/2c coconut flour
1tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp Sea Salt
1tsp cinnamon
Is the baking powder ok?
