Thanks so much. Yes, I was going rather quickly, so eager to get these stones outta' me. I changed everything, everything, after I had the gallbladder attack in July. I went completely Vegan, nut free, fat free, Sugar free, gluten free, etc. Took every stone crusher and herb I could find that supposedly helped. Did castor oil packs, and ACV. So yeah, had an amazing flush. No pain, no nausea, hundreds of big, dark, ugly stones. I did that on Thursday night, and the panic attack happened Saturday morning. I planned to take it easy on Friday, but thought by Sat. I would be "back to normal." So I only allocated one day of rest. Anyway, a PP suggested heavy metal poisoning, so I rushed out and got charcoal and Bentonite clay. Also drinking Miso soup with cilantro and garlic. And just to be safe, grabbed some probiotics and candida stuff. So LOL, overdoing it again, I guess. But that heavy metal toxicity stuff scared me.
