Re: Well, I wound up in ER after the Flush...
I was on the freeway, which is pretty polluted. But I have been on that freeway before, and never had a problem. I noticed as I was talking, that it was becoming harder and harder to breathe. So I stopped talking, but I still couldn't breathe. As for preps, yes, a lot. In the month since I was in the ER with gallbladder attack, and then followed by acute pancreatitis, I have completely changed. I've gone vegan, nut free, gluten free, fat free,
Sugar free, raw food free..basically just eating a few boiled vegetables, legumes, a few fruits, and teas. I have taken lecithin, vit. c. B-Complax, B-12, Castor Oil packs, Apple Cider Vinegar, Rowachol, Stone Free, Pulverexx,
Clarkia , Colosan, Phos Drops, Apple Juice. Maybe a few more I forgot. And exercising every day. Does that help?
