As you found out crossposting makes things more complicated. In this case it would have been better first
to see if people in the liverflush forum had this experience.
My suggestion in general is always try the searchbox, in this case liverflush and then also click on All forums to see if it has been discussed in other forums.
I tried "anxiety" in lf box and I found this thread, this is the only one I read so you can look if there is more.
