I suppose gall stones just appear, no transitional period no calcification of the cholesterol accumulation like it does in the rest of the body, the stones are just there. Great logic.
Your argument might make sense if they were not soap stones and were real gallstones. Note the original poster stated that the so-called "stones" floated. Real gallstones that size would be calcified and would sink, not float. In other words they were soap stones, not gallstones.
