Got My Earthing Sheet!

I found one for $149.95 with free shipping, a kit with circuit tester,  queen sized sheet [36" x 102"], grounding rod, and Earthing book, which looks VERY interesting. The outlet behind my bed is "open - neutral" (I thought it was grounded, but I guess not) so I had to insert the rod into the ground outdoors and run the line in through a window. I set it up as soon as I received it, so I could sleep on it last night.

Wow! It seems like I haven't slept that good in years. I went to bed at 10:30 PM and slept about 3 hours up until about 1:30 AM, then I felt wide awake so I got up, ate an organic nectarine and watched sat TV for about 2 hours, then went back to bed about 3:30 AM and slept until 6:30 AM. I feel kind of like I took sleep meds last night or something. I still feel kind of drugged in a way but I think this will pass.

My cat "Luke" is no fool and knows the best place in the house to sleep. He sleeps on the bed with me in cooler weather but it seems the warmer weather (or my tossin' & turnin') has made him sleep somewhere else lately, until last night when he jumped up on the bed and stayed there most of the night. This morning about daybreak he began to move around a lot so I told him to hit the trail. He can definitely sense something about the Earthing sheet that he likes, and he gets right on top of it, over the top sheet.

I think I'm going to like this. I was not able to spend much time barefooting outdoors, so this will be good.
