I do want to speak for her; but she mentioned in a previous post above that she took this combo. This part of the second line treatment. I also know she got it through medmex.com and canadianpharmacy.com. If you have D. Fragilis, you will have to take Doxycycline 50mg 20 pills as well alone with the triple therapy. This is what the Australian CDD recommends

Second line triple therapy is:

Secnidazole 400 mg (30 Capsules)
Furazolidone 100 mg (30 Capsules
Nitazoxanide 500 mg (20 Capsules)

I have just ordered this therapy directly from CDD and will take in a few days; my medications should be here in about 10 days.
