Yes, this is the Australian treatment.
2nd line as I'm allergic to Septrin.
It's Fleets Phospha Soda or equivalent.
(Personally I don't think the generic works as good as the brand name regarding Fleets.) When going through this treatment you don't want to cut any corners. If you can't find it - ask the pharmacist.
