Re: Eventually we'll finish this thread
I'm no expert on this. All I can offer are some nuggets from a course I just finished. One of the classes was on germ gangs residing in your colon. The author said, "Germ gangs only live and thrive in weak body tissue." He recommends restoring physical fitness: building muscle to activate genes that rejuvenate; improving aerobic fitness to deliver oxygen to tissues, killing germs in the process; and getting to your goal weight and staying there. Sometimes adding fiber can help, as can taking some probiotics. Germ gang disrupters include borax, oregano oil, colostrum, and lactoferrin. But ultimately making your body strong will make your immune system and digestive tract strong as well.
I don't see a problem with your supplements. My bias is towards getting vit D levels to 60-80, and to include some form of vit K with it. By the way, he answered a question about itching, and replied that nerves, germ gangs, and/or the immune system can interact with mast cells to release histamine. Maybe that's the source of your itching.
What a mess! I'm probably out of ideas after this, but I hope for the best for you. I'll be gone a few days, so I'll check back later.
