There is the possibility you don't need copper. Copper can be associated with fatigue. You didn't give dosing of zinc/copper, but if your zinc is, say, no more than 30 mg, consider dropping the copper and seeing if that changes how you feel. If at some point you want verification of what you're doing with respect to your past issues, you can order lab tests yourself if you have a LabCorp facility nearby. Results come direct to you. There is the tricky part of figuring out what to DO with the results, of course :)
