Re: Feeling hopeless, desperate for advice.
I am a male the same age as well and feel like I wrote that post. I went through nearly ever symptom you described. Brain fog, depression, fatigue, skinny cant gain weight etc.
It has taken some time, however I am finally feeling much better and having amazing progress. The Liver is deff a place to start. These are some of the things that have made a difference for me. I went from being exactly the kind of zombie you described to much healthier and happier person!
Hulda Clark Liver Flush
parasite Cleanse/ using garlic supplements
Apple cider vinegar ( to create alkali enviroment)
Coffe enemas ( If I drink coffe, just like you it gives me a near panic attack, However when taken in my butt lol it is calming and makes me feel a 100 times better. I know it might sound gross or crazy, but it works and there is a lot of info on this site about it.)
Vitamin B3 Mega dosing ( the Niacin flush-google it)
Sleep therapy
Last, and certainly not least: SOME SERIOUSLY POSITIVE THINKING. I love curezone, however a lot of the focus on in this site is obsessively biological and physical. You can do all the detox and vitamins you want, but if you ignore the mental/emotional aspect you may never reach full success. I learned this the hard way
Best of luck to you! I know what its like to feel that way, theres def hope! Develop a 360 degree plan and kick ass!! :)
