Re: baking soda and coconut oil advice (will post results)

This is all so much help and i really appreciate it.

I think we all can agree that a healthy Diet will help maintain healthy skin. In general i try to avoid excessive carbs and Sugar in general, especially refined sugar. I think a diet high in protein and vegetables is ideal for this condition. I also take fish oil (SHOULD I BE?), vit. D, and an ABC Zinc daily.

Tomorrow i will head to the doc :( just to get my sd back where it was and to subside for the time being. It had gotten horribly bad and still seems to spreading even when let be the past couple days.

I will give this treatment another go using the 100ml bottle idea #39179 has mentioned. Although i don't know why my skin was so negatively reactive to the coconut oil after stoping the baking soda. I would hate to have to go through this horrible "dying off process" again. But it has gotten to the point where it is worse then ever and burning. Plus I'm hoping next time i won't have this bad of an initial reaction and will use very low low amounts of the potion at a time. I've also heard about using honey and coconut oil instead of baking soda. I'm debating giving that a go.

Any more advice i'd greatly appreciate. I'm really pissed im headed back to the doc. but what can you do ya know...
