Re: MEAT...this is so odd??
Good....you are learning what it means to listen to your body!!!!!!
wombat already covered the weston price link.
here is a link for Sally Fallon's book:
http://www.amazon.com/Nourishing-Traditions-Challenges-Politically-ebook/dp/B...
Sally is the founder of the weston price foundation. Her book is not just a cookbook, it is a nutrition book and it is fascinating.
There is so much dogma and propaganda out there in regard to nutrition it is hard to wade through it all and come up what makes sense for you. What I love about Weston Price is he went out into the world and saw what other cultures were doing successfully and unsuccessfully.........
And I also throw in my cheers to grass fed, pastured, organic meats. Locally if you can get them and if not there are places where you mail order and shipping isn't too bad. In my view of things this is health care reform.

to find grass fed meats.
bless the animals, give thanks and enjoy!
oh yeah, if your liver is congested, liver herbs and think about doing a series of liver/gallbladder flushes. I just finished my 11th flush this weekend. I am not out of the woods yet but the pressure around my gallbladder is better and my skin is not as dry, so I will keep plugging away.
