I'm new but I have to tell you that many of the vitamins/minerals that are made in the liver ARE FOUND IN MEAT! I ssay eat some meat, yes grass fed, but eat some, although you have to take it slow.
Your body is crying out for meat... Why do I say this? After six months of a vegan lifestyle I started to get very ill... I finally added meat back into my diet and I am starting to come out of it. I also have liver issues and MEAT IS REQUIRED to rebuild the liver.
Also, you are probably having digestive issues. Take 2 T. of organic apple cider vinegar prior to each meal...the acid is low in your stomach and this will help you to digest foods better...
