I have gallbladder and liver issues as well...FERMENTED FOODS ARE THE KEY as well. I make them myself and they have done wonders for my digestion, as has iodine, but the good bacteria that it provides PUSHES OUT THE BAD BACTERIA!
Regarding ACV, put it in 1/2 cup of water to dilute it more...straight is too strong, or add raw honey! I hope you're also taking your magnesium because that should help move things out...I take it before each meal.
