Re: Fat loss verses water weight

Agree with this. I am doing 30 minutes on treadmill or recumbent on fast walking speed around 2.9 mph on tread.
Off fast would be more likely to do high intensity stuff jog then walk or run ,walk type of thing . But don't push things on Water Fast on juice fasting you can push like normal won't get dizzyness or fainting thats from low blood pressure and most juice has some sodium in it.That will raise blood pressure and prevent the dizzyness, fainting feelings.
Could take salt pills on water I guess too.

I am doing weights thru this Water Fast didn't last fast but cut poundages down a bit around 10 pounds in most exercises and so far seem to work ok and might be doing a few less reps than pre fast. But will make it up and just figure another way to keep metabolism up. Exercise don't really burn up much as it would take a lot of exercise to add up to even one chocolate bar for calories burned but added together with other activities in a day and the metabolic effect which is longer from weights than from aerobics and it all helps a bit and can help maintain if you are close to your burn rate for that day.

I was also thinking to do some yoga on the fast that is always nice and easy on the system. So far havent' though and this fast should be over in week or so.But maybe next time and post fast. Exercise is big key to keeping the weight off post fast. I am good at doing that but not so good at getting the weight off post fast .Fasting helps me shed lots of weight very quickly. Nothing can drop weight faster than a zero or very near zero calorie water fast!
