Your comments probs refer to ALB's theory of 10lb always comes back - he was kicked of the other forum for his insane ideas about alot of things, this being one. I am not attacking any posters, but some of the things I have read by him are so false and subjective that they cannot be taken as advice! His advice is based on his resent "40day" fast, my advice is based on my prolonged fast 10 years back, where i lost alot of weight, lost more during refeed and continued to do so and kept it off for 9 years, only gaining back some due to bordom recently...

Water Fast is not to be regained, unless you have fasted to a point where you need to gain fat back, or fasted to dehydration. This means that if you refeed properly using raw foods, and actually only having the juice and Rawfood once or twice a day for a prolonged periond post fast (2 weeks plus), you will gain back a BIG FAT ZERO!(surly after a prolonged fast, this little sacrifice of "tastey" food is no biggy?.. (NO NO NO says one that cannot live a day post fast without meat, concurring a theory that we break all laws of nature by living without! and we have a case study of one old man who has eaten meat all his life for this ground braking idea!) after this point, gaining anything can be prevented by having one carby cooked meal aday (best to keep this in the evening) and eating non-meals throughout the day for the rest of your needs (fruits, smoothies, juices and nuts in insane quantities)
I hope I have not come across offensive, but it has to be said, fastign is a process that requires not only adjustment pre and during the fast but also for a prolonged periond post fast - no one feeds a baby on cooked food upon birth!
And finally try doing a fast pure, it will promote a process where your body seeks out more fat to help eliminate the toxins stored within. It cannot do this when its actually starving on teas and chemicals (fizzy 0cal drinks)
