I fasted for 3 days this past week and then broke the fast, I have success with intermittent fasting like that. I lot about 5 pounds, obviously water weight. My question is: if you are on a water fast, with maybe some tea here and there or vitamin water (or whatever 0 calorie drinks), how much of your weight loss will be actual fat loss?
I would like to go for 25 days. But I dont want to waste my time and lose just a big amount of water weight. I have researched Water Fasting a lot and have experience with it, but I have read that many people on here haven't lost a great deal of fat/inches/pant sizes.
