Me too, Alb. I live by the Warrior diet -eat within a 4 hour time frame, sometimes 5 hours between 3pm to 7pm approx. and sort of watch calories so do not usually eat above 1600 calories. Besides it's hard to do in that time. And the other 20 hours, I am fasting, just water and sometimes have a drink of watered down milk. It has kept me from gaining (which I used to do) and even helped me lose a few pounds. I don't even gain during my period. And I feel more energetic this way as well.
