Bourgeoisie- On my previous fasts (longest ten days) I consumed only water, but I was just wondering how other liquids would affect the fast. Im not sure what the warrior diet is, but normally when I am fit and living healthy I eat fruit during the day and then one meal at night, It was always normal for me.
ALB- Great job on accomplishing so much with your fast. I probably will do another fast after this one if I still feel I need to. How do you calculate that if I did a 25 day fast that I would only lose 15 pounds of fat?
I thought that after the 3rd day (it is different for everyone) ketosis sets in right? Well then wouldnt it be around a pound of fat a day??
