Good post, beogeosie, do not overdue the exercise. I walk maybe 30 minutes a day (or more) and do light housework when fasting. Anything too stressful (or excessive) and I am afraid to get dizzy. And when not fasting, I still never am a big exercizer except for walking or fast walking because too much exercise gives me too much of an appetite and I tend to eat more, which only makes me gain weight. Whereas light exercise makes me feel pretty energetic, wakes me up and I don't feel so sluggish.
