That sounds good on that warrior diet. I find it bit easier to skip breakfast sometimes have apple or orange later in morning.Then have light lunch normally soup or salad or lower calorie pita or subway or sometimes vietnamese rice vermicelli bbq beef my once a week treat and then supper eat bit heavier.
So most days basically eating 2 times day ,if feel like breakfast type thing have more brunch so again still to times day.
But on usually sunday and wednesday do eat stop eat usually from lunch to lunch 24 hour fasting. So if eat brunch sunday then don't eat again till lunch monday and do same thing on wed or thursday and sometimes go supper to supper.

Exercise and doing the above kept my weight off after first fast and did decrease it but very slowly. Thats why doing second just too impatient and really want to be 180 or under. And losing pound a week is just too darn slow for me. But of course still much better than gaining it back. I like to fast long enough so can get some headroom and comfort zone from that bounce back from water weight.And then draw my line in the sand and if go up 5 pounds after hitting a goal then would panic a bit and do 7 day or whatever fast to tune up. Short fasts should be all thats needed once get down near goal.
