Red Grape Juice


I believe the best supplement to take on a long-term basis to promote health is red grape juice. This has a wide range of different benefits.

In addition, taking barley green/grass from time to time is beneficial.

The best medicine is your food.

When you sick, there are things to take for that, particularly herbs.

I would not take any inorganic supplement on a long-term basis.
