Different supplements are needed at different times, and for different purposes. Some are good daily, such as iodine, magnesium and silica, (DE).
I also like turmeric, but I use it as a spice daily, rather than look at it as a supplement, same with garlic, cayenne, cumin, and other herbs and spices, such as mint, basil, thyme, parsley, oregano, etc.
The more we can get from our food, the less we need to supplement.
