I think that jboy would really benefit from slowing down on trying new things right now. If you read his history from recent posts he has tried many completely different approaches to healing in a very short period of time. I think it would be quite dangerous for him to pick up a bunch of new supplements, like the ones that you are suggesting, and jump into taking those. Some of them may be appropriate at some point and I think it would be worth his while to save your post for future refference, but I really want to emphasize for him the importance if letting the body find equilibrium. I have a feeling, based on his posting history, that his hormones and cortisol are not currently following a pattern. I bet you that if he where to test his cortisol on another day that it would look entirely different from the one that he has posted.

Also, he does have one symptom of low thyroid that we know of, but I think it's secondary to his AF and other symptoms. IMO, I think it's important that he focus on what is primary. Tweet
