Why don't you just see a real doctor? I'm all for a healthy organic diet and the natural approach, but you're on here every other day threatening suicide. Get on an antidepressant or stick with your xanax and go in for a battery of tests from a good doctor to find the root cause of your problems. It does no good guessing.

And you won't listen to me, but it's obvious that too extreme a diet and supplements aren't doing you any good at the moment. Almost every time you post about having a panic attack it's right after a wheat grass fast or something like that. Eating a steak and salad, getting a good night's sleep and getting off the computer would probably do more for you than anything right now.

You may just have adrenal fatigue, but to assure you, I have had ALL of your symptoms at some point and the only thing that's been found wrong with me is candida and mold. Most of the anxiety has gone away after taking antifungals. You will find out what's wrong with you, but you need further testing and less guessing.

All of us have opinions but none of us knows what your problem is. Just randomly trying new supplements and fad diets won't do you any good until you know exactly what's wrong with you and how to treat it. Tweet
