Saliva results, please help fast.

I keep getting hit with waves of anxiety, an waves of sadness. I will try an post some of my results, these were about a month ago though, my problems just got bad a few days ago. I need to know what to do ASAP. I believe i'm allergic to my pill capsules also. I've been taking xanax just to stay in reality, i'm so close to suicide. I cant suffer anymore. I have licorice root in a bag not pills, i dont know if its safe to take or how much...do i make tea? I have nettle/ashwangadha but both pills.

Can I take my xanax? I'm so scared an having out of body experience i'm losing it very fast. I dont know what to do. My feet are freezing too. Now i'm extremely hyper and nervous/anxiety when just before eating i was sad/very tired.
