Re: What would you do tomorrow if you were healed today?
I reckon this is directly relevant to AF...
I was reading an article noting that our adrenals supply energy according to the feedback from the things we're doing in life that we enjoy (i.e. not stressful).
The adrenals (or HPA axis) decide no longer to supply energy to situations/circumstances in our life that we do not enjoy.
So maybe living our truth, rather than a lie is part of the healing - that is, finding our way...
Maybe part of healing is recognising the essence of the moment and enjoying it, however it's manifesting.
After all, life only exists at the event horizon of the instance, and then it's gone forever.
So, the drama/trauma of living with and recovering from AF is essentially the experience of life itself - whether we choose to harmonise with it or not (we can harmonise with it, even though it's an extremely undesirable human state).
Who knows what will happen? All we can ever do is our best in all dimensions/directions.
I know I'm learning a new depth to love/care and feeling/connection with others, in spite of those who are unsympathetic/irritated by my predicament/commentary.
Should AF stop us doing what we love each day? If we cannot do one thing that we love, maybe there is another thing that we can do...
