Re: What would you do tomorrow if you were healed today?
I actually made that choice some time ago. I would stay on the AF recovery protocal for life, what ever it takes. That means not going back to old ways and habits. A total transformation in lifestle and diet. From 1-4 stage of of AF I have endured, suffered, lost life from, I have learned a lot and gained so much knowledge through tons of reading and research, the forum and listening to my own body.
With God beside me, I pray He will sustain me and remind me each and every day ( when I'm well ) not to forget where I once was and to never go in that direction again.
I look forward to new days ahead, with already a 50-60% recovery after 2.5 years ( a long, slow process for me)
I believe and have faith, that no matter how bad the body can get, God created it to heal, if given the right tender care. It may take time, but time does heal.
So hang in there all, I'm a 2.5 year, 50% recovery AF.
But, I'm also 55 years of age and the age factor does play a role in the time of recovery.
