I also own this pro device and also another popular PCM model. I would say that for serious issues, one needs to use these devices correctly as it has many diagnostic capabilities such as finding the regions of asymmetry which is an important one. But one needs to be an expert to use these diagnostic capabilities in the device which requires many trainings etc and these levels of trainings are simply not available in many places or are very expensive as they are meant for the professional users.
