For pain and related issues it is best to use electro-acupuncture device such as a scenar device at home easily. A simple 15 to 30 minutes treatment regime will be all that is needed. One can self treat in most cases or any one in the family can help (for treatments on the back etc), No needles, no pain, no infections and except for the initial cost towards the device, it will be very cost effective indeed.
