Aging..genetics..diet..etc.
I think it varies from person to person. I have seen before and after pics of people who ate SAD and then went to a healthy or raw diet and it's like they de-aged themselves. Not even just weight loss, just their face in general and their skin looking radiant.
Then there's my grandmother. She's 100% Irish and is 80 something but looks 55'ish. A lot of people have said it and are just stunned when they hear her age after meeting her. Her hair isn't even completely gray. Diet? Typical SAD, fat, american, high sugar, high carb and no fruit/vegetable except something out of a can once or twice a week. Health is horrible. She's overly obese, can't breathe, smoked until she was 60, had brain cancer, breast cancer... chemotherapy.. COPD.. on tons of medications. Sleeps all day. Yet.. she does not "look" her age. Neither did her mother nor do her siblings.
I've seen guys who are potheads that look 10 years younger than they are. I've seen other guys age fast and they drink a lot.
The whole thing is confusing. LOL
