Cool beans Cash!. It's nice to share the inner journey aspect of fasting on this forum. The vast majority of stuff that goes on here is folks whining about something or other.
I always try to do my fasts when I'm either not working or things are veeery slow so I can take full advantage of the inner journey thing. I'm in the middle of an extremely stressful move and will go into a fast as soon as I'm settled a bit to seek some inner peace. I don't wanna put it off for to long cause it's starting to get colder. Fasting is not much fun in cold weather since the metabolism is slowed down you always feel cold.
Fasting depletes the beneficial bacteria in your gut so consider doing some probiotics for a while. Kefir is my fave. I mix it with apple juice and it's delish.
