I was having a hard time trying to differentiate between cravings and hunger. I agree w your statement that most people may not have that ability - I certainly do not.
So, Pepe, for you, what determines when you end your fast?
Do you always go the amount of time that you had initally hoped? Have you ever cut it short? I had thought I'd do ten days, and now am aiming for 40, but from what I'm reading, people tend to get pretty (whiny and) discouraged really quickly after a few days (while experiencing toxins leaving their system). It's too bad that they only experience the negatives of it, because I can happily attest to the positives!
